    I called at 2pm, was told "they were on their way". Called again at 2:30pm to see how long they would be and they said "they should be there shortly". Called at 2:45pm to say I had to leave for work and wanted to leave the keys, their concern was how do I pay then(fine). So i asked, okay, well how long exactly will they be, are they almost here? Found out they still had not left the shop yet.
